Come watch the boats float on September 9th, and bring along a garbage bag or bucket to join in the Adopt-a-Beach cleanup with Drink Local, Drink Tap; Alliance for the Great Lakes; and Barefoot Wine and Bubbly.  Join in an after-celebration hosted for volunteers 21 and older.

All boats are to be made out of post-consumer recyclable materials and must be powered manually.  Registration is required.  All participants must sign a liability waiver and wear a life jacket while on the water.  Winners will be recognized in four categories:

• Fastest boat
• Best use of recyclable materials
• Most artistic style
• Li’l Sailors

All participants will have the opportunity to have their plastic boats recycled by RES Polyflow!
