Mobile art and environmental education station will bring creative, hands-on activities to local communities in 2027
Tinker’s Creek Watershed Partners (TCWP) has been awarded a $10,000 ArtsForward grant through ArtsNow to launch The Water Cycle, a mobile art and environmental education station that will travel throughout northern Summit County in 2027.
The Water Cycle will bring environmental art, hands-on activities, and watershed education directly to local communities through visits to parks, schools, youth groups, summer camps, community events, and other local gatherings. Participants will explore how water moves through their communities and connects to local streams and rivers while creating, learning, and discovering ways to become better water stewards through fun, interactive activities.
The ArtsForward grant is designed for projects that support the Summit County Cultural Plan.
