From Tinker’s Creek to Tunisia: Dr. Erica Matheny Selected for 2026 ACT Grant

Tinker’s Creek Watershed Partners (TCWP) Executive Director Dr. Erica Matheny has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Amplifying Community Transformation (ACT) Grant Program. The competitive program supports continued collaboration between U.S. host organizations and participants in the Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program. 

Life in the Stream: Discovering Creek Life Through Electrofishing

What lives beneath the surface of a local creek? Community members got a firsthand look in July during TCWP’s annual electrofishing and macroinvertebrate event hosted in partnership with the Ohio Native Fish Coalition and Cleveland Metroparks.
Adults and children joined TCWP staff and our partners to explore the creek and discover the aquatic life living beneath the surface.
